PAKISTAN Christmas in prison for Asia Bibi, sentenced to death for blasphemy – Asia News

By Jack Smith

This story breaks your heart.  It demonstrates the root of Islam — subjugation, not freedom, in spite of the Qur’an’s insistence, “…there is no compulsion in religion…” (Qur’an 2:256).  “Compulsion in religion” occurs not only when you force religion upon someone, but also, when one is prohibited from freely exercising their views — positive or negative– about a religion.  If we are “compelled” to speak favorably about Islam, then the Qur’an 2:256 above cited is violated by Islam.  The article below tells the plight of a Christian mother of five living in Pakistan who was accused of blaspheming Muhammad.   She denies the charge, but regardless of whether it is true, her plight is evidence of the contradictions rampant in the so-called “religion of peace.”

  1. Asia Bibi is innocent and she did not say any thing about Muhammad.
She has only conflict with a Muslim illiterate woman working with her at bricks factory and dispute was a glass of water.
Christians are treated second class people.Specially in villages Muslims do not allow Christians touch Muslim’s drinking and eating stuff.
    They are treated untouchable people.
Every one needs to understand the Islam,Its meaning and teachings.

  2. satan: what a liar! and a hater! can’t he read? per the bible, he is doomed and justifiably so.

may our LORD help this woman!

    • Pastor James. Thanks for joining my Blog and for posting. I appreciate your support very much Can u do me a favor though? I write under pen name, Jack Smith, and although I am a full time SBC pastor, I am afraid if u refer to me as “Pastor Jack Smith”, it might endanger an actual pastor who has that real name. Just refer to me as Jack Smith. Have u purchased a book yet? Can I send u one for the cost of postage, if not? Let me know and I will give u a coupon code that will give u a full refund as my gift, except for mailing costs. If u could return the favor by spreading the message of my book to fellow pastors, that will be my compensation. Reply to this email. Thanks. Merry Christmas. Jack

      • okay jack i will comply with your request.

and yes i bought your book as soon as it was made available (order # 40 something) after listening and relistening to your astonishing audio teachings!

sorry jack but i am not a pastor, just a layman and will be happy to share the insights of your studies with others. i have a dear friend in houston who is a deacon and a sunday school teacher and i have already recommended your website: whenthepiecesfit.org.

by the way, you sound like a true gentleman as you patiently and may i say lovingly teach your congregation.

        in Christ’s grace,

        james
