Three options for the people of the book (Jews and Christians) in Islam: conversion, subjection with humiliation – including payment of the jizya (the annual subjection tax), or death by the sword. According to the BBC, a Jihadist group in the city of Raqqa, Syria, has offered Christians the three options that continue to withstand the test of time. The three options are found in the Qur’an and Hadith and have been offered to the conquered of Islam for the last 1300 or so years. Easter is coming. Palm Sunday is only a few weeks away and Christians around the world will wave their palm branches in memory of the auspicious entry of a seeming-triumphant Christ into Jerusalem. Jesus’ entry into Jeruslam on a donkey while a celebratory crowd worshipped him by waving palm branches has come to be known as Passion Week, the 7 day period concluding with the crucifixion of the Lord and His resurrection on the third day. John 12:13-14 NASB. Except, however, those Christians around the world who are subject to dhimmitude, i.e., Muslim dominion. The Christians in Syrai, for example, are considered “dhimmis,” having agreed to the “pact of Omar,” a contractual agreement to which Christians must submit or risk loss of life to their Muslim lords. Palm Sunday – Why Wave the Palms?
The persecution, death, and humiliation of the followers of Jesus at the hands of Allah will not go unnoticed by the Lord Christ. Revelation 6:10-11 NASB. Although death may be the fruit of many believer’s love for their Lord, the Lord will remember His fallen and eternal life will be their crown of glory and one day He will avenge their suffering. Revelation 7:9, 20:4, 18:6.

I find it very strange, this exchange between Obama and the Pope. Both admit that Obama is in fact a Muslim. No one in the press seems too interested, although, a few news papers did cover the event, and had the quotes right there in print.
Considering that Obama has up to now, claimed to be a Christian, and now admits that he is a Muslim, and not too many are interested. Their visit to Israel at the same time might prove to be prophetically significant. Also this Passover will come with the first blood moon of the tetrads. Keep watch!
